1000 Laurier St. West

Extending 1000 rue Laurier towards the back of the lot allowed the owner to maximize the use of their land. Offering additional access via Hutchison, the extension includes both office space and housing with a modern, streamlined architectural design. While the front and back portions of the building look fundamentally different, they complement each other’s charm perfectly. The roof of the existing building was transformed into a terrace for the new residential space.
