This project involved a new building located at the corner of Masson and Bordeaux in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, comprised of 7 residential units and 1 street-level commercial space. This site enjoys lots of sunshine and is in close proximity to many neighbourhood amenities and public parks. We took great care to include natural light sources on every level, including the ground floor and basement.
This project includes 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units to promote social diversity.
