The Pavilion of La Savane, a key project by Cardin Julien in the Côte-des-Neiges borough: this redevelopment and expansion modernizes community facilities by adding outdoor spaces such as community gardens.
Located in Longueuil, the René-Veillet community centre project aimed to improve the use of the building while contributing to the revitalization of the surrounding sector. The mandate consisted of a complete interior redevelopment, the upgrading of electrical and mechanical installations, and the selective refurbishment of the envelope.
The new Saidye-Bronfman Park Pavilion is located in the Triangle sector and is part of a major planning and revitalization effort for the northern part of the Côte-des-Neiges district in Montreal.
As an important cultural landmark for the city of Rimouski and the Quebec cultural scene, the Théâtre du Bic gets a fresh new face! Through the renovation and extension of the existing building, the project aims to present an architecture respectful of its location and harmoniously integrated within the local landscape.
For its 350th anniversary, the City of Terrebonne commissioned Cardin Julien to design a new outdoor stage in the heart of the Parc Philippe-Villeneuve. The goal of the design team was not only to create a performance and creative space, but also to act as a gathering place year-round.
The Jeanne-Mance Residence project aimed to expand a typical 1950s house in the Ahuntsic district. Cardin Julien planned, among other things, an extension with the addition of two bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom adjoining the master bedroom.
