Located at the entrance of the Maisonneuve Park, one of the largest parks of the city of Montreal, the golf’s new pavilion houses the functions required for the operations of the practice field and golf course.
The concept for the New National Gallery and the Ludwig Museum was created based on the very structure of the city and its many dichotomies. The profound metaphysical relationship between earth and water resonates with every human being, the same way that art resonates with society.
This project involved a new building located at the corner of Masson and Bordeaux in the Plateau-Mont-Royal, comprised of 7 residential units and 1 street-level commercial space.
Nestled in the heart of the Mile End, a dynamic and ever-evolving neighbourhood, this project aimed to refresh the existing Desjardins Service Center’s vision to make it more friendly and accessible. To achieve this goal, the old space was renovated in its entirety.
The Caisse Desjardins Côte-des-Neiges chose to relocate its service centre to a rented space on Queen-Mary, near the University of Montreal. Cardin Julien was mandated to spearhead the interior design based on Desjardins’ new criteria regarding the relationship between spaces (customer journey). They also needed to incorporate finishes designed for a young and dynamic clientele.
Such involved collaboration with the client allowed for an in-depth design process, especially when it came to energy efficiency, custom-made storage integration, and replacing finishes and light fixtures.
