Nestled in the heart of Rivière-du-Loup, a new footbridge is set to connect the Saint-Ludger neighborhood with the city center. This captivating structure promises breathtaking panoramas of both the majestic St. Lawrence River and the vibrant cityscape.
In 2019, the Municipality of L’Ange-Gardien acquired the vast Champboisé site, a 165-acre property that offers immense potential for the creation of dynamic and attractive public spaces. Among the development projects under consideration, the municipality is exploring the idea of a new outdoor stage, which could enable Champboisé to become a popular tourist destination for the region. With this in mind, L’Ange-Gardien commissioned Cardin Julien to carry out a feasibility study and develop a preliminary concept for the development of this outdoor infrastructure.
The project involved transforming the Notre-Dame-de-Fatima church into a cultural center for the City of Boisbriand, to house the Petit Théâtre du Nord team, among others. The goal was to offer residents a versatile and multipurpose space, providing four different room configurations.
The new exploration centre of the Parc de la Rivière-des-Milles-Îles in Laval offers a space for the interpretation of surrounding ecosystems as well as annual educational activities. The major intervention is the demolition of the old pavilion and the construction of a new center at least twice as big.
The planetarium and the reception area of the Jardin des Sciences are located in the heart of a historic garden and bordered by the Institute of Zoology and the Museum of Mineralogy. The project aims to establish a link between the two parts of the campus and to give new visibility to the Jardin des Sciences, in line with its vocation and its special role.
